FROM HOST FACTORY
Host Factory is the hosting department of TheFactory. Its seven cPanel packages share the same tools and differ in space, number of sites and limits: cPanel on every package, email on your domain, unlimited traffic and FTP, and MySQL databases. You can move to a larger package at any time without moving your files.
The packages are listed in Romanian and priced in RON, excluding VAT. VAT at 21% is added at checkout. Payment is by card or bank transfer, with a VAT invoice. A dedicated IP can be added to any package for 60 RON per year plus VAT.

Host Factory packages are standard cPanel hosting: you get the server space, email and tools, and you manage the site yourself. Managed hosting adds our team on top: updates, security, backups, monitoring and fixes, scoped to your site and quoted separately.
Yes. Magento stores get a setup sized for their catalog and traffic, with caching, search and cron configured for Magento. Small WooCommerce stores can start on the Pro Web or Business Web package, as Host Factory recommends; Magento stores are quoted as managed hosting.
Yes. We copy the site, test it on our servers, then switch DNS once everything works, so visitors and email keep working during the move. For stores, we plan the switch outside your busiest hours.
Yes. Backups run automatically on our servers, and we restore them on request. How often they run and how long they are kept depends on the plan, and it is stated in the offer before you sign.
Yes. We sign a data processing agreement under GDPR with every hosting client, and we can document where and how your data is stored.
Yes. The packages are listed in Romanian and priced in RON, excluding VAT. If you prefer English, or need managed hosting rather than a standard package, write to us and we will set it up with you.
